To kick off Season 3, we brought back CRYPTID MONTH. Darrin talks Norwegian Trolls and the 2010 film Troll Hunter and Trent serves up some Pope Lick Monster, a.k.a. the Kentucky Goatman.

The Fearsome Foursome is finally back together for a jam-packed episode where we discuss the Wes Craven classic The Hills Have Eyes. Along the way, we "break down" the Scottish legend that inspired the film, the tale of Sawney Bean; we "dig in" to some real accounts of abductions by possible feral people; and we get off our own path with plenty of other side-tangents. This week we're talking J-Horror as we take on the 2002 Japanese film Ju-On: The Grudge. We break down some of the Japanese urban legends that inspired the story while also comparing them to other urban legends passed down over the years.

We go behind enemy lines to dig up answers to the question — Did the Nazis try to reanimate the dead? We explore the Nazis' obsession with the occult, their sadistic experimentations, and more haunting facts behind their (supernatural?) conquests. We also break down the history of the "Nazi Zombie" trope in film and media, culminating with a discussion on 2018's Overlord.
